TerraLyra is situated on 55 acres of beautiful Fraser Coast Hinterland, surrounded by natural forests and land formations, and blessed with abundant wildlife. We offer 8 powered sites and 20 camp sites. Take a walk through the young forest up to the ridge amongst more mature gums and other native trees. Enjoy the Paperbark gum and Balga plant areas and find the hidden baby nature dam where you will be mesmerized by its beauty and serenity. We have been told that it is a great place for contemplation and meditation. Our large dam is home to fish and many native ducks, herons, swamp hens, cormorants, and more. Bird song trills through the forest daily, with flocks of wild parrots in the high trees. Occasionally, goannas and dragon lizards can be seen sunning themselves, and later in the day, wallabies and kangaroos can be seen making their move. Look out for the native brown and green frogs. Bring your kayak and paddle and swim in the large dam. There are great bike trails in the nearby Glenwood forest areas.
