Alma’s is a cocktail bar located in the front section of Bessie’s, a fire-focused Mediterranean restaurant in Surry Hills. Both venues are from the team behind massively popular wine bar, Bar Copains. Cocktails are on point: Kir Royales, lychee martinis, strawberry daiquiris.
