Step back in time. Genesta House Bed and Breakfast is one of the few original guesthouses on Phillip Island. Offering boutique accommodation in the heart of Cowes, Genesta House is situated five minutes walk from the stunning north facing Cowes Beach and an easy walking distance to the many varied restaurants and shops.

Genesta House offers three individually decorated suites, all with new ensuites, individual heating and cooling, private in-room continental breakfast, and free Wi-Fi. All rooms have a verandah overlooking the beautiful gardens, featuring 100 year old trees and pond. This is the perfect place to enjoy all that Cowes has to offer, whilst relaxing in the beautiful surroundings and enjoying the stunning beaches.

Genesta House is a 20-minute drive from the Penguin Parade & The Nobbies Centre. Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and the Koala Conservation Centre are both within a 10-minute drive.
