The Hay Valley Farm is perched on a ridge that looks west towards Mount Lofty and east towards Murray Bridge. With stunning views from both sides of the ridge and in particular, beautiful sunrise and sunset views.

Hay Valley Farm is a working farm with a vineyard, orchard and livestock. The farm is also situated right in the heart of the Adelaide Hills Wine region so they really do have the best of both worlds; stunning views and peaceful surroundings amazing wineries, restaurants, cafes and quaint country towns right at their fingertips.

Picture waking up to beautiful views of the Mount Lofty Ranges on one side, a stunning sunrise on the other and native birds singing sweetly all around you. 

At The Landing, you’ll be surrounded by big beautiful old gum trees in a peaceful farm setting. You’ll see a variety of bird life, kangaroos and maybe even a koala or an echidna if you’re lucky. They also have cheeky goats who live with them at the farm and they are more than happy to share your snacks and of course a scratch.
