The Mildura International Balloon Fiesta Inc is excited to announce Balloons Over Mildura, a spectacular nine-day hot air balloon festival filling Mildura’s iconic big skies with colour and excitement.
Enjoy daily dawn and late afternoon balloon launches as more than 30 balloons take flight across the region. Visitors can watch balloons inflate, follow their flight paths, and witness precision landings in stunning winter conditions.
The program includes Round Two of the Australian Balloon Federation Hot Air Balloon Grand Prix and elite pilot training ahead of the 2026 World Hot Air Balloon Championships in Poland.
Signature events include the Night Glow on the 4th of July at sunset and the Key Grab competition on 11th of July at sunrise.
