Discover Adelaide’s most joyful wellness event – Puppy Yoga by Yoga Paws. Every Saturday and Sunday, join a relaxing, beginner-friendly yoga session while playful puppies roam the room, cuddle up, and lift your mood. Each 60-minute class combines mindfulness, gentle movement, and therapeutic puppy interaction – designed to leave you smiling, grounded, and just a little covered in fluff.

Held in their clean, calming Erindale studio, Eastside Yoga & Pilates, these sessions also support animal welfare by helping puppies socialise in a safe environment before finding their forever homes. Whether you’re a dog lover, yoga newbie, or just want to unwind in a unique way, this is for you.

Come along, wear comfy clothes, and prepare to stretch, breathe, and connect – with yourself and some adorable puppies.

  • Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)

  • Uses non-slip tiles in the bathroom or slip resistant matting
  • Seating in common areas including reception area

Physical – High support needs

  • Caters for people with high support needs who travel with a support person.

  • A bathroom which is fully accessible and equipped with ceiling hoist and adult change table.
  • Rooms which are interconnecting.
  • A place to store medical equipment (eg oxygen).
