The roomy open warehouse bar and downstairs area is a swathe of concrete floors with a sneak peek of the brewery down the back. The upstairs mezzanine dining area is a moody but warm space overlooking the brewery itself, lit with festoon lighting and heaving with both small and large groups. The menu is extensive and features small plates, Hobart’s best pizzas, meaty mains, interesting sides, and desserts, catering for all dietaries.
Their beers are all named after islands off the southern coast of Tassie, focusing on easy-drinking American and European-style beers. With 12 rotating taps, there’s always something new to try.
