Gutted by fire a century ago, the building is now reborn as an architecturally-designed masterpiece with a modern fitout celebrating its rich past.

Its two fully self-contained luxury suites: “The Granary” and “The Millery”, both come with luxury European appliances, finest bathroom products, and a sumptuous king-sized bed. The Granary’s can be split into two king singles, while The Millery offers an additional queen sofa bed. The suites are separated by soundproof double doors which can be unlocked to give you the run of the building – perfect for friends, families, or wedding groups.

Lose yourself in views of rolling vineyards with a nibble plate of local produce and complimentary bottle of estate-grown organic shiraz. Or soak in your outdoor bath under the stars, before tumbling into bed for a night of blissful, peaceful sleep in the silence of the countryside. Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast (ingredients provided) over a lit glass floor displaying artefacts dug out from under your feet. Then walk 15 seconds through lush gardens to indulge in the on-site day spa, housed in the property’s cozy, century-old, reconditioned dairy. You’ll wish you never had to leave!
