Although the property is a duplex, there are no common walls, and you will have complete privacy, right in the heart of Hyams Beach.
The home features three split levels. It has been designed to maximise the magnificent views, with the kitchen, lounge and dining areas upstairs, and the bedrooms located downstairs over two split levels.
On the top floor there is also a generous sized deck complete with custom built barbeque, and comfortable outdoor dining table and seating.
The bedrooms are designed with privacy in mind, cleverly separated by split levels.
The double undercover carport can accommodate two cars, and there is an outdoor shower located in the rear courtyard.
