Originating in Japan, Forest Bathing or ‘Shinrin-yoku’ is a gentle guided wellbeing practice. Participants are invited to engage their senses through meaningful connection with nature. Absorbing natures beneficial atmosphere to help calm the mind and restore the body. There is no bathing in water, the entire session is on land surrounding a lake.
This evidence-based practice has been shown to:
• Improve memory, focus and concentration
• Lower the heart rate and blood pressure
• Strengthen the immune system
• Enhance mental and emotional wellbeing

They’re committed to providing tours, travel and wellness experiences for everyone, and have a fully accessible office and tour bus that can comfortably carry 12 seated passengers and two manual wheelchair passengers.
