Established in 2021, Neighbours on Market St is built on the philosophy of bringing an unparalleled dining experience to Novocastrians and the wider community alike. Drawing on the history of the site, the interior draws on its heritage ties creating a uniquely rustic and evocative atmosphere.
When it comes to coffee, Neighbours’ primary offering – Ona Coffee, founded by World Champion Barista Sasha Sestic, has been prudently selected based on its broad range of flavour profiles and blends.
Likewise, the food menu, inspired by locally sourced produce has also been carefully curated with the local demographic in mind. A Mibrasa charcoal oven sourced from the Basque region of Spain is used to enhance the flavours of many dishes bringing a distinctive smoky taste.
