Guided group SUP tours are designed for all skill levels, with expert instructors providing tips, encouragement, and local knowledge along the way. You might spot playful seals, graceful stingrays, or soaring seabirds as you paddle through this beautiful natural environment. Stand Up Paddle Boarding Shellharbour delivers unforgettable SUP adventures for all levels. Beginners can learn and build confidence, while experienced riders can chase the thrill of waves, all with expert instructors and top-quality gear.

As a mobile business, locations are chosen to match conditions. Reddall Reserve, Lake Illawarra has vast waterways and seal sightings; Minnamurra River for a calm meandering estuary with stingrays; and Belmore Basin, Wollongong – perfect for corporate groups near major hotels.

Led by owner Bec, a national SUP surfing champion, the passionate team combines skill, local knowledge, and storytelling to create more than just a paddle – it’s a lasting memory.

Operating seven days a week, including magical after dark sessions, SUP Shellharbour provides all equipment. Simply bring essentials like sunscreen, a towel, and water. With options from gentle paddles to SUP surfing, expect fun, fitness, and smiles and photos to prove it!
