Sherwood Archery offers archery activities for come-and-try beginners right through to those comfortable on a full international archery range.
Come-and-try Archery is a great activity for the whole family, bringing the family during the school holidays or on weekends. Sherwood stays open late at night some weekdays for those who prefer an evening activity.
All equipment is included, and their experienced instructors (many of them national champions) will share their love of the sport and some instruction to get you started. As long as you are over five years of age, wearing enclosed shoes and comfortable clothes then you are ready to get started at Sherwood Archery.
If you want to experience archery with some novel activities or are looking to take your sport to the international stage, the experienced staff can help you active that goal.

Physical – Wheelchair
Caters for people who use a wheelchair.
- Step free outdoor pathways (includes picnic areas, barbecues and shelters)
- A step free main entrance to the building and/or reception area (includes ramps or slopes with a maximum gradient of 1:14, otherwise are too steep for wheelchairs)
- A wheelchair accessible toilet / shower and change room is available.
- Wheelchair access to spa/gym.
Physical – High support needs
Caters for people with high support needs who travel with a support person.
