Located in beautiful Sheldon, the property boasts 8 acres of secluded and peaceful bush land with a large fresh water dam, tropical oasis and FREE firewood! Ideally located near the famous Sirromet Winery (5 minute drive) and walking distance to Mount Cotton’s popular Eastern Escarpment walking and biking trails, you can either relax or get out and about! In addition, the property has beautiful walking trails and even a track up to meet our resident friendly bees. Campfires permitted however must be kept within the allocated fire pits and must be outside of restrictions. Must have own toilet and be fully self sufficient. All waste to be removed by campers upon departure. Generators welcomed. Unfortunately, to preserve our wildlife, no pets allowed. *4WD access only
