This campsite is located amongst rolling green hills, with some campsites having frontage on the creek and access to the Turon River nearby. Laze around by the creek on hot days and relax in the lush shade. This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water supply. Some campsites will require 4WD. Enjoy camping, walking, nature walks, gold fossicking and detecting, bird watching, fishing and swimming in the nearby Turon river. This is a great place for general camping activities and family fun in a mostly private campsite, in the ruggedly peaceful and quiet Australian countryside. Gaze at the stars as you warm your feet by the campfire at night. Campers must bring everything they need and take all waste when they leave. Campfires must comply with the local fire restrictions and guidelines and must be restricted to the fire pit provided. Bonfires are not permitted at any time. Pets on leashes welcome.
