This cosy two bedroom unit has no stairs and is in the peaceful, quiet Grevillia block. Air-conditioned, open plan living and dining opens out to vast, grassed parklands for a lovely outlook, and outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy your beautiful surrounds in comfort. The neat, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, and the main three way bathroom offers a bath, shower and separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms are carpeted, and the main bedroom features a queen bed and private en suite with shower and toilet, while the second bedroom has a tri-bunk bed.
