Hollick Estates is a boutique winery located on the famed terra rossa soils of Coonawarra. Renowned for their extensive range of premium table wines, including several alternative varietals. All of which can be sampled in Cellar Door. The Hollick Estate’s cellar door oozes charm, the old stone cottage leads the way toward the tasting room and restaurant where a wall of windows overlooks vines planted by Ian and Wendy Hollick.

Visitors can also dine at Hollick’s Restaurant, one of Coonawarra’s first winery restaurants. The restaurant specialises in traditional Italian cuisine, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. Their skilled cook crafts pasta from scratch, using age-old recipes passed down through generations. The menu boasts a variety of classic dishes from silky tagliatelle to delicate gnocchi.
