Merewether Links Studio is a private boutique studio overlooking Merewether Golf Course, offering a peaceful and thoughtfully designed stay for one or two guests. Its ideal location near Newcastle’s beaches, cafés, and local attractions makes it fully self-contained with its own entrance and outdoor spaces.
Guests can enjoy a quiet balcony with fairway views, comfortable interiors with curated finishes, convenient off-street parking, and easy access to nearby dining, coastal walks, and the city centre.
Downstairs is a gorgeous open-plan living area with designer furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, cooktop, and oven. The studio is air-conditioned upstairs and downstairs for year-round comfort.
Upstairs, you’ll find a luxurious king bed, plus a separate toilet and shower. The large bedroom opens to a private balcony with views over the 8th hole at Merewether Golf Course. There’s also a spacious walk-in robe with a desk area and plenty of hanging space and room for suitcases.
