Canadian Inspired Australian Cuisine.

Mollydookers Cafe and Bar use local produce from farmers, brewers and butchers to create Canadian inspired cuisine. They import Canadian products that cannot be sourced from Australia, and have specialty cheeses created by French-Canadian’s in a style only known in Canada.

They also sell Mollydooker’s swag, and are a hub of information for local tourist attractions and international attractions alike.
