Award-winning chef David Thompson brings his famed Thai recipes to Perth with Long Chim. Tucked into the State Buildings in a vaulted cellar, Long Chim is a triumph of casual dining, combining traditional street food with contemporary flavours. Long Chim is Thai for come and taste.
Their food, their menus and the restaurant offer just that, a taste of the streets and markets of Thailand. A separate bar and courtyard serves the drinks crowd with Thai-inspired cocktails by James Connolly and snacks until late. Visit after dark to watch the street art by top Thai artists come to life.
