Rove Numby is a family-run rural escape offering deeply personal, fully hosted walking experiences and stays in a remarkable corner of the Australian countryside. Set in a spectacular, mountainous corner of rural Australia — far beyond the usual trail maps and well off the beaten path.
At the heart of it all is Rosewood Cottage — a beautifully restored 100-year-old stone cottage that serves as your basecamp and luxury retreat. Think crackling open fire (you never have to tend it), deeply comfortable beds, hot water bottles, good books, and the kind of quiet you didn’t realise you needed.
Your stay is fully hosted, with gourmet paddock-to-plate food and local wines, prepared and served by your own cook and experiences are highly personalised to special interests, fitness levels and occasions.
