The European Hotel is a heritage boutique hotel combining charm and comfort with warm hospitality. The 52-room heritage boutique hotel is located in a unique location in the heart of Perth, close to shopping, entertainment and the sparkling Swan River. Established in 1911 the hotel mixes old world charm, traditional European style hospitality and a unique Perth history. It is one of Perth’s best loved boutique hotels, providing a haven in the city that meets every need of the modern traveller and an ambiance that beckons guests to return time and again.
Known as Miss Maud Swedish Hotel for almost fifty years and earlier as the Derward Hotel, they continue to offer the same signature hospitality, providing a distinctive and memorable experience in heritage surroundings.
