Hard to find wines, all available by the glass. Cittavino is more than just a wine bar, and it’s far from your average bottle shop. It is the vision of the head sommelier to make the best wines from across the world available in Australia by the glass.
With more than 20 years of experience, the sommelier has worked in some of Sydney’s most renowned restaurants and bars including Otto, Icebergs, Bambini Wine Room and Bentley, Claude’s, Millevini, Steel Bar & Grill, Pony Dining and Aria. While importing and curating some of the best lists in Sydney, it was noticed that some of the most obscure wines never made it to the glass list which was holding back the ability for Australians to truly embark on a wine adventure.
Cittavino is now on the map in a big way boasting a ‘local’ clientele from all over the world and it’s his importer mentality that keeps people coming back to share in the worldly discoveries as the team of sommeliers delight in taking you on a new journey with every visit.
