Ungermann Brothers, is a retro dining experience like no other.
With retro-modern chequered floors, retro blue and red lounges and electro-swing music, this 1960s-inspired venue is the perfect spot to take a trip back in time and enjoy our delicious house-made products. They produce their menu items from its raw ingredients, yes, even the ice cream.
Located at the heart of Ipswich CBD, this sweet and savoury spot offers over 20 flavours of ice cream handcrafted from local ingredients as well as a 1960s diner menu. Indulge with flavours like salted caramel, bacon and pecan, lavender, carrot cake, finger lime and a Dutch Spice offering based on traditional Speculaas.
Ungermann Brothers also offer something savoury with a burger and waffle menu with flavour combinations you would never heard of. Join us in seeing our modern take on the good old times. This venue is fully licenced.
Treat yourself to something delicious from the dessert menu, which takes the ice cream to the next level combined with favourites like homemade waffles, chocolate brownies, Dutch shortbread or charred banana foster.
