Set against the backdrop of one of the world’s most beautiful natural landscapes, Altitude draws on Australia’s distinct flavours for inspiration as views of Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge unfurl before you.
Altitude’s menu is created seasonally by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and his team, with sustainability as its guiding star. Behind each, you’ll find at least one native Australian ingredient and an artisan passionate about their harvest.
There’s the line-caught coral trout fished sustainably in Queensland; free-roaming Gundagai lamb, offering Australia’s only graded cuts; and our blue cheese, made by a man who milks his own cows by hand.
Over the years, our sommelier team has curated a list of Australian and international wines, featuring small-scale, emerging producers to rare, iconic vintages. In 2024, it was recognised with the highest 3 Glass Rating at Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards.
Altitude’s Private Dining Room literally floats above the city with soaring floor to ceiling windows, accommodating up to 18 guests.
