Nestled in a side street immediately off the Tasman Highway, Avalon Blue @ Derby is three bedroom house which has been renovated to host mountain bike riders visiting the Blue Derby trails.
Featuring secure bike storage, parking for four cars, bike wash, security camera coverage, new beds, complete kitchen, renovated bathroom and fenced rear deck with a gas BBQ, washing machine and dryer.

Avalon Blue @ Derby is a clean and comfortable 100-year-old miners cottage, situated one km from the Blue Derby Tail Hub and 100 metres from the Dorset Hotel.
A secure bike storage area and deck have been built out the back, together with the fire pit out the front – to enjoy quite beers and reminisce about the epic day you have had riding the Blue Derby trails.
