Burns Beach Sunsets Village are situated on a beachfront location 30 kilometres from Perth city, within the Marmion Marine Park and with ocean views including that of Rottnest Island which is visible on good days to the West-South-West – you’ll feel ‘away from it all’.

The shopping centres/cinema complexes are less than ten minutes away; various other points of interest (example: Mindarie Marina, Barbagallo’s Raceway, Botanical Golf, the Maze at Whiteman Park) are within 20-30 minutes drive.
