A luxuriously converted shearing shed in the heart of a Red Angus beef farm, 80 minutes from Perth that can sleep up to ten people, with two queen bedrooms and a large, annexed sleeping area. The shed is perfect for all seasons and overlooks the panoramic Beermullah Lake. The fully insulated building with the original wandoo poles has been built by artisan carpenters.

Whether you are staying in winter and can enjoy the fire pit or summer and you have the night sky, alternatively there is the outdoor bath on the floating deck that joins the indoor spacious living space. Inside is a haven with a pot belly or air conditioning and a bathroom overlooking cows grazing in large paddocks.

This a unique and wonderful farm experience, with beautiful walks and swims through the natural surrounds of Beermullah Lake.
