Shorehouse Panorama Room
This may be the most impressive real estate of the property, with panoramic views through huge windows across to the lake and mountains beyond. It is also one of our most spacious rooms, making it a firm favourite among guests.
Pumphouse Ground Floor Room
Located on the ground floor of the Pumphouse, these 4 rooms sit just over the water with their own unique character and connection to the Lake. With the lounge and bar nearby, it’s only a few steps from your room to Pumphouse bliss.
Shorehouse Standard Room – No View
Our Shorehouse Standard rooms don’t have a lake view; but with all the comforts of the other rooms they are exceptional value amongst World Heritage Wilderness.
Pumphouse Middle Floor Room
The middle floor of the Pumphouse gives these four rooms the unique feeling of floating on water. With floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the Lake, you won’t want to leave… and you won’t have to.

The Pumphouse Top Floor rooms are our most spacious rooms with distinct architectural styling and with trimmings designed for guests with a penchant for the top shelf. These particular rooms have been designed with a split level layout, providing a sunken lounge and elevated bed level.

For those who wish to soak in the hot highland water after a big day exploring the wilderness, these peaceful rooms in the stunning Shorehouse should do nicely.
Pumphouse Top Floor with Bath
The Pumphouse Top Floor rooms are our most spacious rooms with distinct architectural styling and with trimmings designed for guests with a penchant for the top shelf. These two particular rooms have bathtubs, making them ideal for relaxation… and romance!
The Retreat
Hidden on the edge of the lake, hugged by native bush, our new all-inclusive wilderness experience, awaits. The welcome is warm and uniquely Tasmanian – inclusive of all food including our farmhouse fare dinners at shared tables in the Shorehouse dining room, an expanded larder brimming with the best local produce, wines and Tasmanian craft beers, ciders and spirits, as well as a few surprises (did we mention the cocktails?).
