Discover the art of sandcasting with hot molten glass!

Immerse yourself in the process as you create unique molds in sand through impressing various objects, intricately carving out designs, and engaging in imaginative experimentation. Taught by glass artists, Nadina Geary and Olivia Gates.

This introductory class covers the basics of sandcasting with hot glass. You’ll make molds by pressing objects into sand and carving simple designs. Once your mold is ready, our teaching artists will pour molten glass into it to create your finished glass piece.
