With over 130 clubs, BJP Physie is Australia’s longest-running and premier Physie organisation. Founded over 130 years ago as the Bjelke-Petersen School of Physical Culture, BJP has proudly inspired generations of Australians to exercise both body and mind through this remarkable sport. Physie is the perfect combination of dance movements designed to increase strength, fitness and flexibility. Physie is a synchronised, team-based dance sport that’s social, fun and an excellent low-impact dance and aerobic activity..

Goulburn Physie was established in 2016 and is a community-run club. In 2026 they will be hosting a friendly interclub competition in Goulburn. Clubs will be attending the Goulburn Interclub from across NSW and the ACT with a range of competitors aged from four years to over 60. Ladies and Senior (13 plus) competitions will be held on Saturday and Junior (four to 12 years) competitions will be held on Sunday.
