When you step out onto the front patio area, take a glass of wine, and watch the ocean and late afternoon sun changing the colours across the Hazards Mountain range.
Step out through the back sliding doors and you are in a sun-drenched, private entertainment courtyard, with BBQ. Being one of the old original town blocks, it then extends as lawn and into bush with mature trees, giving you space, and letting you simply sit, relax, and take in the sounds of the sea, birds, and nature.
