The Duck Inn Apartments (fully renovated in January 2017) is situated on 13 acres of land, with picturesque views and located only three minutes from the Tamworth Regional Airport and seven minutes from the Tamworth CBD.
They are only a short drive from the hustle and bustle, relax and enjoy the space and the quiet surrounds. Then it’s only a hop, skip and jump away to the many facilities and locations in Tamworth you may desire (Tamworth CBD, Tamworth Hospital, shopping centres, racecourse, golf course, clubs and pubs and the equine centre).
The self-contained Studio Apartments are equipped for the corporate traveller with all the modern conveniences, kitchenette, Foxtel and a smart television.
Their keyless entry is so convenient, on the day of check in you will be sent an access code to your room, no need to collect a key, just “Duck Inn” and “Duck Out” using your code!
Need a little exercise, want to stretch your legs or clear your head? You can take a walk around the property, view the orchard and see the friendly farm animals too if you wish.

Studio Apartment
Our six self-contained Studio Apartments were fully renovated in January 2017 and are equipped for the corporate traveller with all the modern con’s, kitchenette, Foxtel and a smart TV.
Our keyless entry is so convenient, on the day of check in you will be sent an access code to your room, no need to check in or collect a key, just “DUCK INN” and “DUCK OUT” using your code!
After a busy day you can enjoy the oversized shower head in your own private bathroom and relax in the comfortable king size bed.
Need a little exercise, want to stretch your legs or clear your head? You can take a walk around the property, view the orchard and feed the friendly farm animals too if you wish.
When the fruits are in season you can also sample what’s on offer.
Our apartments are serviced daily and this is included in the room rate.
