Boasting two newly renovated master bedrooms with ensuites (one with a spa bath), plus a third bathroom, this home can comfortably accommodate a group or large family. The home features ducted air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, with the living and dining areas boasting sprawling leather sofas and an eight-seater dining setting. There is plenty to entertain throughout the home, including three TVs, a DVD player and a CD player.
The kitchen is appointed with everything you need to create gourmet fare and guests can enjoy the convenience of a washing machine as well.
Make use of the outdoor setting, barbeque and backyard. Out here you’ll also find a private jetty. However, to access the jetty and waterway, boats need to use public ramp for entry/exit, 200m away.
There is plenty of parking available, with a secure garage and carport.
There is no fence between the backyard and the waterway.
All linen is supplied, just bring your beach towels!
