Grass Parrot Vineyard, a small family-run vineyard situated in the Central Ranges region of New South Wales, south of the city of Bathurst. They specialise in cool climate wines, predominantly estate-grown Shiraz, Cabernet Franc and other varieties.
Wines are handmade with care and dedication; where the whole process, from viticulture to bottle is under their control. The red varieties are estate grown at Grass Parrot Vineyard where vineyard management practice follows sustainable organic principles. Winemaking is low intervention and reflective of the seasonal variations that come with each vintage. White grapes are sourced from reputable Bathurst vineyards in good years. They have recently planted Chardonnay and a small amount of Pinot Gris, looking forward to fruit from these vines in coming seasons. All wines are made by Grass Parrot Vineyard’s winemaker, Andrew Macarthur.
