Self-contained house on a farm fronting the Clarence River. Enjoy the relaxing views across the paddocks to the river. Great location to explore Clarence Valley and just 10 minutes from Grafton. This farm house has just been renovated in a contemporary style and provides accommodation for up to 10 people. There are two queen rooms, including one with ensuite. The third bedroom can be set up with a king bed or two singles. Adjoining the twin room is the bunkroom which can sleep four people. Guests are welcome to explore the farm with walks along the Clarence River and Swan Creek which form the boundaries of our property. The two waterways are great spots for fishing, canoeing or enjoying the birdlife.
