Over two nights and three days, this intimate experience pairs the relaxed luxury of The Louise with rare access to one of Australia’s most historic estates. Hosted by Seppeltsfield Chief Winemaker Fiona Donald, the weekend unfolds through a series of curated moments, from welcome drinks and canapés to immersive tastings that reveal the depth and legacy of the estate.
Highlights include a private visit to Seppeltsfield’s legendary Centennial Cellar and a rare barrel tasting of the 1926 100 Year Old Para Vintage – an extraordinary expression of time, patience and craft. Guests will move seamlessly between vineyard view suites, long table dining at Appellation and FINO, and behind-the-scenes estate encounters that bring 175 years of winemaking to life.
In between hosted experiences, time at leisure invites guests to savour the Barossa at their own pace – relaxed breakfasts, gentle vineyard walks and golden hour moments with a glass in hand.
