Having launched in Treasury Brisbane over a decade ago, Fat Noodle has joined The Star Brisbane to deliver a reimagined dining experience by celebrity Chef and culinary adventurer – Luke Nguyen.
Inspired by South-East Asia’s vibrant street food scene, Luke Nguyen will offer his traditional family recipes which are reinterpreted through fresh Australian produce. Serving up-market dishes that Brisbane has grown to love, Fat Noodle at The Star Brisbane is home to the legendary 20-hour Fat Pho Noodles, a fiery laksa, as well as fresh new flavours.
