The Hunter Valley Cheese Company is a boutique cheese factory and tasting rooms offering Delicious Fun & Memorable Experiences to the general public, corporate and inbound individuals and groups. The factory has viewing windows into the ‘Make Room’ and ‘Maturation Room’ and ‘Make Days’ are Wednesdays. Retails supplies for a stay in the Hunter and gift items to take home.
