Over four hours, you’ll savour the best of Australian bush foods—from fresh seafood and game meats to rainforest fruits, desert delights, and native-infused beverages. Every dish is a celebration of 60,000 years of culture, prepared using a unique blend of modern culinary techniques and traditional methods.

This intimate experience is brought to life by chef and culinary storyteller Sharon Winsor, a proud Weilwan woman, founder of Indigiearth, and a trailblazer in Aboriginal food.
