Parklands Resort in Mudgee offers 70 very spacious hotel rooms, all overlooking the beautifully kept rose gardens and lawns of the property. All rooms have sliding doors that open onto a veranda to enjoy the view of the property and Mudgee.
The Vine Bar and Restaurant open Monday to Tuesday for room service and from Wednesday to Saturday offer a Modern Australian a la carte menu, using fresh regional produce matched with local wines. Vine is open for breakfast every day of the week.
The Resort offers the use of an outdoor tennis court, frisbee golf, indoor heated swimming pool, spa and sauna.
