Alex Hotel’s Shadow Bar and Kitchen takes its inspiration from the strong food traditions brought to Northbridge by waves of European immigrants.
Bridging the gap between the fondly remembered European restaurants long gone and the new wave of creativity, they’re bringing classic dining back to the neighbourhood.
From a cheeky glass at lunch to an afternoon aperitivo or something a little more serious after dark, Shadow Wine Bar is open daily during the week from midday through to late and open for their sumptuous brunch menu on the weekends.
