Described by many as the hidden gem of the Barossa Valley!
As you enter the suburb road off Gilbert St and enter through the Morphett Rd gate , you are transported by a breathtaking view that you won’t believe! After that pleasant surprise, you realize you need to drive further to the cellar door car park before walking to the food and tasting area, where Charlie and the team welcome you with a Benvenuti alla Cantina Scalzi .
Here your journey starts with a tasting of some of the best wines in the Barossa.
You can then follow with some Italian delicious food served from our Cucina.
What makes Gods Hill different? They are blessed with the perfect Terroir (they have 6 profiles of soils out of six found in the Barossa, in theirvineyard). Together with minimum interference, no additives in the winemaking process and the most stringent hygiene, the result is unique, world-class wines.
Thank you for reading, Charlie Scalzi and family.
