Located on the ground floor, the Norfolk Room is pillar free with high ceilings. The Norfolk room features impressive chandelier lighting that can be adjusted to create the desired atmosphere.
The Kauri and Cypress rooms are located adjacent to the Norfolk Room and can be combined to create the Ballroom or used separately as a breakout space.
Norfolk Room – 370 square metres.

Phoenix Room
On the first mezzanine floor is the spacious Phoenix Room with natural light and a balcony overlooking the tropical pool and cascading gardens. The pre-function area provides a space for delegates to relax or confer during the breaks.
The Phoenix room is 170 square metres allowing plenty of space for flexibility with your function room requirements.
Monaco II Room
The Monaco II Room is conveniently located on the ground floor and is newly renovated. The space features 170 sqm and is next to the Monaco Room, perfect for a breakout space when using the Monaco II room is as plenary.
The Boardroom
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the Boardroom is perfect for small meetings. With built in audio visual and plenty of natural light, this venue will keep your delegates engaged.

Horizon Sky Dining
Experience Horizon Sky Dining, Queensland’s only revolving restaurant! Enjoy stunning views, delicious buffets, and handcrafted drinks. The venue seats 128 people and features 3 different buffet stations.
The venue is currently open Thursday – Sunday for the public, however it is available Monday – Wednesday to hire for private functions and events.
Poolside
The Poolside offers a stunning and versatile function space, perfect to use as an alternate venue for a cocktail or welcome reception. Surrounded by lush greenery and tranquil water, it provides a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere for guests to unwind and network. With its spacious setting and beautiful backdrop, the poolside creates an ideal environment for both casual gatherings and more sophisticated events, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
