Sitting over the brand new Sandstone Lagoon are just six stunningly-appointed fully-airconditioned 3 bedroom villas. The first of their kind in Moreton Bay, the Overwater Villas offer direct access to the chemical-free, all-natural 3 meter deep swimming hole with real fish! The expertly designed lagoon hosts a filtration system and pumps, making it a swim-safe natural ecosystem with water fountains cascading down rocks, a sand beach area and a jetty to dive into the water.
These luxury Overwater Villas are the resort’s most premium accommodation offering, with direct access to Sandstone Lagoon. Each villa features; 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining and living room with an indoor fireplace, heated plunge pool, 2 deck spaces with lagoon views and so much more!
3 Bedroom Villa
The 3 Bedroom Villa, sleeping 10 is ideal for larger bookings with a spacious floor plan and everything you will need for the ultimate resort-style living. The self-contained villa features a King bed, Queen bed, two bunks and two trundle beds, catering for the whole family. Each villa features a private entry courtyard, open plan dining, kitchen and living area with a Smart TV opening out to a secluded alfresco dining area perfect for outdoor meals. The villa sleeps 4 and features a King and Queen bed both with their own ensuites (one accessible, one standard). The 2 Bedroom Villa includes a separate open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with TV opening out to a private alfresco dining area for outdoor family meals.
