This fully self-contained, 2-bedroom oceanfront apartment is tucked in a quieter corner of the Esplanade in Victor Harbor town centre, offering breathtaking coastal and sea views across two levels. With everything within walking distance, you can leave the car behind and explore cafes, shops, and local attractions.

Built circa 1937 in classic Art Deco style, the home has been tastefully restored and extended, retaining high ceilings, original features, elegant lighting, and beautiful timber floors. The apartment includes two downstairs oceanfront rooms (configured as lounge and dining areas) with a compact kitchen, while upstairs houses two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. A wide verandah and deck provide magnificent views out to Granite Island.

A classic timber staircase leads to the extra-large upstairs bedrooms, both enjoying spectacular sea vistas. The first-floor balcony also offers panoramic views of the bay, beach, Bluff, and Granite Island.
