The Climbing Centre Penrith has climbing structures for all ages and fitness levels and for everyone from beginners to experts. All the climbing gear you’ll need is available for hire, and there are no time limits – you can climb until your legs tell you to stop.
If you’re just starting out, staff will equip you with the skills and knowledge to get you going, including a compulsory safety and belay lesson for first-timers. And, if you’re an intermediate or experienced climber, head upstairs to the unassisted advanced bouldering area, where you can work on your bouldering and overhang skills without ropes.
Groups can book in for a fun day out or birthday party, and the centre also hosts school holiday climbing classes and has extended open hours during school holidays.
