Set within the stripped-back plaster and stunning industrial brickwork of a beautifully preserved building, The Soda Factory delivers a flavour-focused cocktail list with an adventurous streak, including nostalgic numbers like ice cream spiders and shared soda syphons.
The food offering is aimed firmly at American diner food. Complete with diner-style booths and high tables in the front and back bar. Fried Chicken, Gourmet Hot Dogs, Cheeseburgers, Mac and Cheese and Chilli Cheese Fries are popular choices.
Expect a regular smattering of live performers, bands and international DJ’s to engineer your nights out. From chill in the early evening to some sweet, sweet d-floor action later on.
