Rosedale House is a beautiful homestead-style self-contained accommodation, two kilometres from Mansfield in Victoria’s magnificent High Country. Set on five acres of farmland with rural views, it is perfectly located to enjoy the fabulous cycling trails in the region, and a short distance to the snowfields of Mount Buller and Mount Stirling.
They are dog friendly and perfect for quality time with family and friends. Families please note, there is a dam at the front of the property; children should be supervised.
Rosedale House is well appointed with luxurious touches to make you feel at home, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area where you can relax by the wood fire heater in winter or enjoy air-conditioned comfort in summer.
Featuring four king bedrooms, the house is ideal for larger group bookings. Two rooms have large ensuites and two share a bathroom. Trundle beds are available to sleep up to 12 guests.
There is also the ‘apartment’ option – to rent just one room in the house for up to 4 guests or two rooms for up to six guests, with the rest of the rooms closed. off. The kitchen and living area would of course also be available.
Owners live onsite in private accommodation and keep a low profile when guests are in.

Perfect for a family gathering or group of friends, situated on five acres close to Mansfield township. Rosedale House has four spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have king beds.
Relax in the large living area with lovely garden and rural views. Enjoy the cosy wood heater in winter and air conditioned comfort in summer. There are plenty of dining options in town, or you can self-cater in the generous country-style kitchen or barbecue out on the verandah.
For a smaller group, the apartment option offers the main kitchen and living area and one or two bedrooms, with the remaining rooms locked off.
