Guests have the option of booking fully furnished Studios, or one, two or three bedroom Townhouses depending on their needs.
Included with their accommodation are all the comforts of home. Wi-Fi, sound proofing, double glazed windows, big screen smart televisions, en-suites off every bedroom.
The Townhouses also includes a full kitchen and lounge room as well as laundry facilities.

Terrace Townhouse
The Terrace Townhouses, available with either one or two bedrooms, combine a relaxing living space, with the privacy of your own luxury bedrooms.
The townhouse features a bedroom with an ensuite with beautifully designed bathroom and sumptuous MANSI signature king bed or two king single beds. The optional second bedroom features either a king. The living area features a comfortable lounge, stylish kitchen complete with dishwasher and large fridge, work desk and laundry facilities (only available to the two bedroom Terrace Townhouse). Top it off with a relaxing outdoor courtyard and you may never want to leave.
Villa Townhouse
The one, two and three-bedroom Villa Townhouses combine a relaxing living and dining space, with the privacy of your own luxury bedrooms – perfect for families and friends.
The house features beautifully designed bedrooms and sumptuous MANSI beds. Relax in the lounge area or make use of the outdoor courtyard to dine, chat and enjoy a glass of wine. The modern kitchen gives you the option to cook in style, complete with a dishwasher and large fridge. All rooms feature a luxury en-suite and our signature MANSI beds are complete with enticingly soft linens.

The one, two and three-bedroom Georgian Townhouses are the ideal choice to create your home away from home. Ideal for entertaining larger groups such as families or corporate travellers.
Stretch out in the comfortable living area, hold a meeting in our modern workspace or spill into the garden courtyard to unwind. Prepare your own culinary feast in your state-of-the-art kitchen and private barbeque before relaxing in locally designed leather sofas. At night it is time to slip between the soft linens and sink into the signature MANSI luxury bed for a deep, refreshing sleep.
Georgian Bath House
Georgian Bath House is perfect for couples or groups of up to six guests. Offering a truly unique escape with a 100 per cent natural outdoor mineral bath (hot tub) in your own private courtyard. (Please call to confirm availability if the four or two-person bath is required).
The Georgian Bathhouse features generous open living spaces and 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms complete with ensuites to each bedroom. Start your day with caffeine from the Nespresso machine, finish it with a sip of something cold in the courtyard, or bath. This is your home away from home, with enough space for all the spare time activities you can conjure.

Terrace Studio

Accessible Studio
The Accessible Studio offers easy access in stylish surroundings. This studio is the perfect choice for visitors needing extra space, with full wheelchair access around the bedroom area and a fully accredited accessible bathroom.
The sumptuous room includes a MANSI signature king bed that can be converted into two singles, and deluxe bed linen for a touch of luxury. The Villa Accessible Room also has a comfortable workspace and a selection of teas and coffee to keep you refreshed and revitalised.
478 – The Butchers House
Set on Raymond St within the Mansi complex, this Heritage listed red brick cottage is a favourite with regular guests.
The charm of the private courtyard on entry with BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, surrounded by manicured gardens and lawn is an oasis within which to relax.
The cottage is fully self-contained with a kitchen that will bring out the inner chef in anyone who stays, including 900mm stove, dishwasher, stone benchtops and the all-important coffee machine for your morning caffeine hit. The lounge boasts a large corner sofa and feature gas fireplace that make this cottage a favourite in the winter as well as the summer months. The modern touches of a freestanding bathtub including a large shower room are a sanctuary in which to unwind after the day’s activities.
Other features include integrated laundry, large wardrobes and the convenience of automated window coverings.
